In excitement for tonight's big game (and because it was quite rainy outside this morning), we decided to take the girls to Galactic Ice to try ice skating for the first time. They absolutely loved it! They didn't stop giggling for about the first 10 minutes on the ice. No surprise, they were quite wobbly at first, but after a little while, they were gliding along pretty well (with mommy and daddy's support, of course!).

Memorial Day
Yesterday, we celebrated Memorial Day at Delgrosso Park, along with our family and friends. This was actually Leah and Abby's first time riding amusement park rides. You'll notice as you go through the sequence of pictures, the girls are a little unsure at first, but quickly get more comfortable and confident! Overall, they really seemed to enjoy themselves, and we were quite surprised at how well they did!

It's a Girl!
Meet the newest addition to the Ridenour clan, Chloe, a 3 1/2 month old Labradoodle. This past Friday, we went to Gleneden, a beautiful farm in Virginia to "look at" Chloe. Upon seeing her, we instantly knew she was going to be a good fit for our family. She is still pretty small right now, but will grow to be about 30-35 lbs. The girls seem to really like her, although they are a little unsure of her energy at times.

Church Nursery
This past Sunday, the church that we have been recently attending recognized all of the nursery children, as well as the wonderful staff that volunteers each week. Part of the service included a short video of all of the children. Here are just a few of the cute pictures.

Happy Mother's Day!
Unfortunately, our family plans of going to Delgrosso Park with our parents were changed due to the weather. However, I still had a wonderful Mother's Day! After church, Ryan and the girls treated me to a Mother's Day brunch (along with half of Altoona!). Below are some pictures my dad captured of our family, which we framed for gifts for our moms. Happy Mother's Day!!
