Snuggle Time!

I went to get the girls after quiet time today and this is how I found them....snuggling and sound asleep. It is a great day for snuggling!!

This past week was definitely a rainy one, so the girls decided to create a haunted ghoul house. It turned out pretty cute!

Lean and Abby started Preschool today! They were super excited and had a great morning with their new teacher, Miss Cathy!

Skiing at Blue Knob

Yesterday we took the girls skiing for the first time. They had a blast! We bought the 4 hour pass, thinking we would only be there half of that time. However, they liked it so much that they skied the entire time. The only way we could get them off the slopes was the fact that our pass was no longer valid! What a great day!

Dance Class

This evening, the girls had their first dance class. Their class was a combination of ballet, tap, and tumbling. The girls were so excited.....they've been talking about going to the "dance party" for the past several weeks. It's always so much fun to see them experiencing and trying new things.

Canoe Creek

Several weeks ago, we took the girls to Canoe Creek State Park for a hike and picnic lunch. The hiking trials were a little muddy that day, but the girls loved it!

Pittsburgh Marathon '09

Several weeks ago, Ryan ran in the Pittsburgh Marathon. He did an amazing job, completing his first marathon in under 4 hours.
