Tonight, Ryan and I decided to dress the girls in Santa outfits and take a trip to the mall to visit good old St. Nick. True to form, Leah was having a great time until her little bottom touched Santa's lap, and Abby was completely unimpressed. We were very shocked that neither of them tried to play with Santa's glasses or beard. Leah's biggest concern was how to get out of Santa's workshop.....fast!

Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow!!
Since today was Ryan's day to start late at the office, he was quite excited to take his daughters outside to experience snow for the first time. They both seemed to really like it! Leah was a little unsure, while Abby didn't stop smiling the entire time!

1st Christmas Parade
Tonight we took the girls to the Altoona Christmas Parade. They seemed fascinated by the whole thing. They loved the bright glowing necklaces and large animal balloons. Abby would start to bounce every time the bands played, while Leah would blink her eyes in sync with the pounding drums. They both loved waving at all the boys and girls on each passing float.

Thanksgiving Part II
On Friday, my brother and his family came to town to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family. Now that the girls are getting a little older, they really enjoyed playing with their cousins.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Today was Leah & Abigail's first Thanksgiving. They had quite the busy day......
Watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade
Eating waffles for the first time
Loving the waffles
Playing (and learning) with crazy Uncle Todd
Meeting daddy's Aunt Denise, Cousin Jordan, and Uncle Brad for the first time. They actually drove all the way from Michigan just to see us (at least that's what mommy & daddy told us).
Snuggling with Great Grandma Reese & Great (he says not so great) Uncle Dick :)
Visiting with Grandpap & Grandma
As you can see, our two little, precious turkeys had quite a busy first Thanksgiving!
