Along with the summer months come some of our favorite summertime foods. This year the girls were old enough to share in some of the yummy treat.

Yesterday, while the girls were napping, Ryan and I created our own miniature water park in the backyard. The girls had a blast, and even though they were shivering and had purple lips, they definitely were quite unhappy when they had to go inside for dinner! 
In excitement for tonight's big game (and because it was quite rainy outside this morning), we decided to take the girls to Galactic Ice to try ice skating for the first time. They absolutely loved it! They didn't stop giggling for about the first 10 minutes on the ice. No surprise, they were quite wobbly at first, but after a little while, they were gliding along pretty well (with mommy and daddy's support, of course!).
Yesterday, we celebrated Memorial Day at Delgrosso Park, along with our family and friends. This was actually Leah and Abby's first time riding amusement park rides. You'll notice as you go through the sequence of pictures, the girls are a little unsure at first, but quickly get more comfortable and confident! Overall, they really seemed to enjoy themselves, and we were quite surprised at how well they did!
